The six DNS records, explained

Record What it does
MX Tells the world to deliver your domain's mail to MailHow.
TXT (SPF) Authorizes MailHow's server to send mail for your domain.
TXT ×2 (DKIM) Publish the public halves of your domain's signing keys, so receivers can verify your mail wasn't forged. MailHow signs with both a modern (ed25519) and a classic (RSA) key.
TXT (DMARC) Tells receivers to reject mail that fails SPF/DKIM — protects your domain from spoofing and improves inbox placement.

DNS changes usually propagate in minutes, but some registrars take up to an hour. "Verify records" re-checks live DNS each time you click it.
