Getting started

  1. Create your free mailbox. Sign up free at /signup, pick your address and a password (10+ characters — it also works for IMAP).
  2. Connect a domain. Open Domains in the app, type a domain you own, and MailHow prepares everything on its side — including DKIM signing keys — instantly.
  3. Create the DNS records. The domain page lists six required records. Add them at whatever registrar hosts the domain's DNS, then click Verify records.
  4. Add addresses. Under Addresses, create hello@, support@ — anything — on any verified domain. All of it lands in your one inbox, and every address is available in the compose from-picker.
